The virtual "radio show" filled with YOUR music is almost here!
The
MIKE ANDERSON PROJECT is about to launch it's debut podcast!
Now is the time to get your submissions in for "airplay" on the
MIKE ANDERSON PROJECT podcast. The
M.A.P. is currently accepting your songs for possible "airplay."
By submitting a song, you give full permission for that song to be used on the
M.A.P. podcast, etc. If would like a better idea on some "official-type" lawyer rules that govern submissions, read the
blogs titled "Some Things That May (Or May Not) Be Necessary In The Future - Part 2" and "Some Things That May (Or May Not) Be Necessary In The Future." When you submit a song or songs and/or give permission, the content of the above two blogs is basically what you are agreeing to.
How do you submit?
1. E-mail
mikeandersonproject@gmail.com and include the following:
- the band name
- a good quality MP3 of your song
- the full and correct title of the song and the album or EP title (and if possible CD cover art) that the song is from
- the song writing credits, producer credits
- how and where the public can buy the song
- any and all official band web pages
- if possible, a group bio, show dates, upcoming CD releases, etc. Basically any band news at all
2. If your song is available as a free download (i.e. on myspace or your own web page), simply e-mail
mikeandersonproject@gmail.com, tell us where to get the song and include all the information listed above.
If you are submitting more than one song, please point out which song is the current single (if that is applicable.)
Unfortunately, the
M.A.P. isn't set up to receive any actual physical copies of your CDs, etc. That mean no snail mail submissions at this time. When and if that changes, full details will be included on future podcasts and will be listed on the
M.A.P. blog.
Get your submissions in today! The first podcast is coming soon.
(The good news is, you only have to submit a song once.)
